Close your eyes and relax

My Peaceful Place by Paul Collier - Where is your peaceful place? where is the place that when you close your eyes you imagine you are there? I find it a useful task to think of a place where you would be perfectly at peace, maybe its a beautiful garden, maybe its a deserted island, or maybe its laying on a white sandy beach, the place is unimportant, its somewhere that to YOU is soothing. Creating this place in your mind, and placing yourself there, imagining the sounds, scents and feelings can be very healthy for you, especially if this is done whilst listening to relaxing music. Try it.
